Holding level
The holding level is a representation of the power, influence and wealth of a regent's holdings in a province. As such, it defines how much regency the regent will gain from those holdings. The holding level can not exceed the province level.
Source holdings have source levels which are similar to holding levels.
Holdings can also be fortified, which gives them a fortification level.
