[top]Introduction

Descriptions of development on the BIRTHRIGHT wiki follow a pattern of corresponding vaguely to real world history. At its most basic, technology describes what weapons and gear is available locally. But technological development also explains the total productivity a culture can produce in a province. The approach here will be to explain the canon data on maps and domain tables in terms that can add depth to explanations about other kinds of limits that effect game play, such as the fore-mentioned gear limits, or how often one might find blacksmiths or banks.
