Hi,

I've been away from here for a long while. It's good to see so many familiar names still at it. I feel so soft brained after playing WoW for so many years. My writing appears to have atrophied along with my reading skills. I feel like coming out of a cave and feeling the day's air and light for the first time in centuries as I react to it with a Golem-like squint.

It's amazing how video games do that to you.

My brain proved highly resistant to WoW...borrowed the game from a friend...looked at the cover...didn't install...returned the game...never regretted it

I've managed to skirt it too, but less for content and more for the fact that I refuse to continually pay for a game at that level. $360 to buy the game and play for 1 year is crazy to me.

I've been absent for a while too, but then I have been running a six-month online PBP game, which is now ending, and planning and going on holiday in April.
