You have survived the horrors of the Shadow World, walked the endless wastes, and survived the infinite undead. There may be great treasures here but for now you have managed to return to the world of light.

Skill proficiencies: Stealth and Survival
Languages: choose one of Abyssal, Andu, Goblin, or Sylvan
Equipment: ragged clothes, a sack, mementos from a fallen friend (select from the fey wild or horror trinkets lists)

Feature: Twilight view – decades in the perpetual twilight of the Shadow World has given you the ability to see in dim light as if it were daylight, as well as 30-foot Darkvision (or +30’ if you already had Darkvision).

Marked: Your physiology has been altered in a minor but obvious way. Roll or select from the following.

1. Your skin pigment is only in a shade of grey, no colour.
   
2. Your hair grows quickly overnight but falls out when exposed to sunlight.
   
3. Your eye colour shifts to white while concentrating (using a skill or spells) or to black when emotional.
   
4. After being exposed (even briefly) to the full moon, your skin glows for the next three days giving you disadvantage on hide checks and advantage on intimidation checks.
   
5. Your fingers and toes are twice the length normal for your species.
   
6. Wherever your blood is spilled, weeds will sprout within a day.
