Kaerevesk

The Kaerevesk (/kærvɛsk/, pl.) were a military unit specially designed by Vos tsarevic Basil Zariyatam to counteract the Brecht invasion. The term means Ice warriors or Frost Legion.

Basil knew that winter would have been the Vos' best ally in war, so he trained them to fight on frozen terrain. The Kaerevesk were crucial in winning the Battle of Lake Ladan.

The actual composition of the Kaerevesk is not known, but it has been known to include varsk riders and some kind of infantry.

Viktor the tyrant, first ruler of Rzhlev, was a legendary tsarevo of such units.
