Dragon #221-Magic of Kings, Magic of the Land (spells)

Dragon #315-Bloodlines for D&D 3.5 (not sure about this don't have it)
Dragon Annual 1-Guilds of Cerilia (not sure don't have it)
Dragon Annual 2-Cry Havoc (think its converting war cards to battlesystem or maybe cryhavoc system)
Polyhedron #108-Races of Cerilia – Part 1
Polyhedron #109-Races of Cerilia – Part 2
(as far as I have heard these 2 articles are nothing more than a reprint of the stuff in the orginal rulebook for Birthright)
Dungeon #59-Seeking Bloodsilver
Here are the additional articles that I found very much apply to the birthright setting:
Dragon 233-Going to Court (how to handle new PCs in the court setting of a Duke or King)
Dragon 196- The Greatest and Most Honorable Adventure (how to run a political campaign)
Dragon 217-Boons and Benefits (How to handle favors in a court setting)

While 3rd edition is cool, if they had made a decent magic item creation system for 2nd ed third would never have been born :P

One other product to add to the list is the adventure module "Of Varsks and Winter Witches" that was sent out in limited numbers to gaming stores as a promoting for Tribes of the Heartless Waste. You are unlikey to find a copy of that anywhere though, I only just learned it existed recently.Let me claim your Birthright!!

Of Varsks and Winter Witches
Could we perhaps convince wizards to release a pdf version on thier site seen as it was originally a non profit project or i'd be quite happy to pay them a few dollars to download it? I am not terribly sure how to contact them properly and I know the board has been officially recognised as it were. Oh and Sure after I get as many positive Articles as I can and verify em all I'll post you an updated list for BRCS

A couple more BR articles do appear in Polyhedron as my quick search from issue 100 onwards has revealed.
Polyhedron #111 - A Kingdom for Every Player
Polyhedron #130 - Strange Bedfellows
The article in issue #111 is just talking about the PS books and has nothing of value IMO.
The adventure "Strange Bedfellows" is in issue #130 and was put in there as the PS of Hogunmark also came free with that issue (I think, can't remember back that far). It is short (4 pages long) and details a quick trip with Ohlaak the Dragon to investigate a province to help him create a new source holding there. You get to fight off some wolves who want to kill you and Ohlaak and that's about it. Not an overly spectacular adventure, although you could use it in a Hogunmark campaign.Let me claim your Birthright!!

dragon 250+
apart from one 3rd ed article I've not found any reference to birthright in any dragon mag above 250 I just search up to 270 manually and saw a count down to 3rd ed so I'm figuring birthright was dead after that point. Now if I can get a hold of the lower mags 200+ (i don't hink birthright existed before then) then I think I will pretty soon have found every one in dragon however it appears polyhedron had quite a bit more sadly I can't find anywhere that is sourcing polyhedron anymore its not under Piazo thats for sure. *sigh* if any one can help our I'd sure appreciate a pointer on where to look.

"Cry Havoc!"
The article in Dragon Annual #2 is about converting between War Cards and Battle System rules, in part to make it easier to create unique units and handle monsters like dragons.
