Good idea, I think ;)So the Big ones are going to avoid that anyone except then
get to powerful !?!
One of my players, who rules Endier has now the province level increse to
9(allied with the CJS and its magical spells..... population grow) and also a
powerful army of 3.000+ men, and when he has problems with Ghoere he goes to
Mhoried and Avanil for aid(gold for Mhoried and political support for the Iron
Throne to Avanil ;). Is no so easy to stop, following the rules, the players in
they desire of MEGA-POWER ! Of course, I don´t let anyone raise the level of a
province in a turn ! I rule a province as a rate of 1 turn+the province level
desired, in months , and don´t let the use of RPs ;)
