What is the time line where the novels take place? (I know when Iron Throne takes place)

Each Birthright novel takes place in various times in the past of Anuire. THe SPiders Test is well before Diemed experienced all it's troubles and lost the lands now known as Roesone and Medeore. IIRC, it was even before the unifcation of Ghoere - the realms of Ghieste and Bhalaene are mentioned in a few places I belive.
I don't recall what time frame Greatheart or the others took place in though."You need people of intelligence on this mission... quest... thing."

Any idea of who to contact at WotC to find out about submitting novels? Otherwise does it look like any new books are coming out?
