    Well, I thought that because the setting was out of print and not intended to anymore at anytime (2nd edition) and remembering that I read somewhere that like alternity they (wizards) gave many people the right to scan the following documents it wouldn't be considered a violation of any rights, actually.

    out of print doesnt mean you cant buy them anymore....
