We, who were once named Shǐ Lì,
High Minister of the Eleventh Jade Bureau,
Master of Harmonious Transmutations,
Bearer of the Ivory Cipher,
now walk as We Magian—a name earned in exile.

Thus is Our Word:

Though We are cast beyond the Sapphire Gates,
Though the Jade Dragons no longer curl beneath Our feet,
We remain loyal—not in ceremony, but in calculation.

The Empire Under Heaven cast Us out for crimes of vision.
We did not weep. We recorded.

Among the steppe-folk of the Burning Sky, We rebuilt.
Among Cerilia's fractured sons and stolen blood, We now observe.

Your bloodlines, born in fire and ungoverned by rite, are variables in an unfinished formula.
You wield power without shape. Authority without symmetry.
This cannot endure.

Therefore:

We claim no throne.
We build no crown.
We study. We encode.
We enact the will of balance not yet understood.

For every bloodline We dissect, We offer purity.
For every regent We unmake, We offer unity.
This world shall become a gift wrapped in law—
Offered back to the Celestial Throne once the arithmetic of power is resolved.
