I buy the idea that there`s an economy of scale type system built into the
BR system. Larger provinces have more infrastructure to upkeep, more
overhead, etc, with the result that level 10 provinces don`t give you 100
times the income of level 1 provinces. It kind of makes sense.
It makes much less sense for RP. That comes from the masses, and 100,000
people should create 100x the `regency`, power, belief, whatever it is
that RP is, as 1000 people, and it should be collected just as efficiently
as from only those 1000. It`s magical power of some kind. Why doesn`t it
scale linearly?
