has anybody read the official Birthright novels ?

What do you think about them ?

I´ve only read The Falcon and the Wolf, but I liked it. Especially the part that takes place in the Shadow World (and shows its deadliness). :)

O jes, the first I think (The story of Michael role and the Gorgon). What I think about it? Not too bad... I liked the description of the lands and the wars. I didn't like the intrigues at court and I hated the fight against the Gorgon (a little bit to short and nothing special, if you ask me).
May Khirdai always bless your sword and his lightning struck your enemies!

I read the Iron Throne and it`s great, despite some mistakes which seem
    unavoidable in Birthright.

I've read and enjoyed most. I enjoy the story within a story. By this I mean the smaller story within the big BR picture. Even if there are errors, it is the setting that works.

I read all birthright novels. they are not realy good but they give nice background informations about the campaign world. Simon Hawkes book focus on intrige an politic, which is ok but sometimes a bit boring.

Iron Throne: best worked out book, sometimes a bit slow

    War: slow pacing story

Spider Test: a lot of fun, sometimes too much of it

Greatheart: provides knowledge of the shadow world, trivial style.
