I have noticed that there are some requests for files or documents that are missing are on BR.net downloads pages that are actually there. When you go into the downloads page there are overflow links that allow you to go to another page of files to download. The display per page is relatively small so look for links for other pages and you'll find a lot more files available to you. Files that perhaps you have been looking for and were always there. I hope this helps. I myself when I first went through the downloads pages missed it.
