Novgorik
i have small problem with this province it is difficult to translate it.
The word ''Nov" means "New", and the the word "Gorik" could mean either "flame" or "Hill".
So the province name could translate as "New flame", the province is following Avanis faith, or "New hill" cause according to the map the province (mostly plains) has one hill.
What do you think ??

Before the coming of men, giants would create barrows as tombs. Its possible their is a distinct artificial hill from the time of the giants.

LH: Could it be a volcanic (or draconic) mound? That could be all of the
above: new, aflame, and a hill.

What a great idea! A volcanic mound with a new settlement nearby
