Based on the on the discussion running down in the other thread lets try to put this question to bed.
This is a simple yes no choice. No other detail at this time. If the tally says yes then we'll deal with that at the time and come up up with choices, etc.

Given the polls on unit numerical size (200) and dimensional size (100ft x 100ft) I think stacking is a bad idea. I originally voted for it, but it has been made impractable on a practical level. Maybe for more elite units, and only 2 units, but I don't think that would be worth the rules space.
