When I Log In I never actively Log Out. Does that tie up any significant resources on your server? Do you boot people off if they are idle for an extended period of time? (I've only been booted a few times, but didn't know if it was your system or the 'emptying of my cookie jar'...)

I had always thought that you were only logged in when you were actually on the site. Actually the way things work now are fine with me, saves having to log in and out every time I connect to the site. In fact, I wouldn't be happy if I had to do that.

It really depends on your local machines.
for example, in my internet cafe i have to login every single time after having closed the browser.
but my home PC stays logged.
It all works with a cookie, so dont worry you keep using un neccessary CPU resourcesTe audire non possum. Musa sapientum fixa est in aure.

That's what I figured. But I just wanted to make sure.
