This is the banner of the province of Edarlaskyy in the vos realm of Rzhlev in Brechtür.

The banner shows a red ruby on a granite backdrop, two things easily found in the mines inside the mountains - that's why it's called The Gray City after all. To the left there is the head of the wolf representing vassalage to the Tsarina of Rzhlev.

Dimas Lowstar, when tooking control of the province, did not change the banner as he had no family crest and thought creating it was a waste of time.
