Hmmm, matter of justice, he stole my son's tutor...
OK so schools for advisers and minor lordlings - most of the latter probably taking a single class. Possibly the odd noble there who has a true love of academia - much as some spares get foisted off to monasteries/nunneries.
Quite possibly a training ground for tutors for the nobility - my son is taught by a master of X, useful as a site for sages and the like, but probably not as directly useful as I'd wondered.
