Please tell me how to get 25 INT as a wizard :-)
(I´m playing one in COG II...)

I thought a wizard without equipment could start maximum with 18 INT and
add 1 point 4 times until he reaches 16th level.
That would be 22 INT. Where does your example get the other 3 points
    from? Equipment?

That is what the DMG average wizard has I think? - I think it is a headband
    of intellect. I know at 20th it is a Headband +6 ----

Yes, and if you search further (or are above 20th level and have "create epic wondrous items") you may get Int +12 ...

Yes, I have a question. May you poste the complete (or nearly complete) 3rd Edition conversion here, before posting it "officially" elsewhere? May be, it will give a lot to discuss... ;)

Which D20 products (OGC or otherwise), would compliment the BRCS the most or even slightly. Specifically areas such as Mass Combat, Naval Combat, Magical Combat, Domain related actions, Diplomacy, Nobility/Court affairs, and other similar things?

Are other areas of Cerilia going to be touched upon? Such as Aduria, the Dragon Isles, or any other lands? If so, in how much detail and will there be similar rules for these areas as on Cerilia itself?

Are there any new races being added? Perhaps subraces of elves or dwarves.

Will there be a comprehensive list of the monsters standard to a healthy BR Campaign. Such as monsters from various sources that fit the style and feel of Birthright.

Is there going to be any new terrains/domain types, such as underdark or underwater?

Well that is all I can think up at the moment. Hope those are decent questions.
