Thank you for the correction. Fortification is an action that
is not free. It is still a good action to take, given the relatively
low cost for the benefits received.

I would really like the Book of Regency to be released on
schedule, but if TSR has delayed the release of this and the HC, what
can we do? Anyway, thanks Ed for the information, it is good to at
least know what is happening.
