I always dislike class/level demographics in stuff; IMO, that kinda stuff
depends on the kind of campaign a DM (and the players) want to run. Point
is, you should decide your own class-level demographic stuff depending on
the type of game you want to run/play. If you want low magic, especially,
then these demographics are a complete waste.
IMO, Demo info on the % of the various race/ethinic groups is far more
useful & interesting, I.E. helps you envision how cosmopolitan a realm or
city is. But even that might not be very useful, especially in most
Cerilian realms, which are pretty homogenious for the most part.
