Typical Dialogue:

This is madness brother; your people know nothing of the wisdom needed to live from the land as nomads! Such a change as you desire will take generations ? or result in the starvation of hundreds of Erik?s children.
This huntsman of yours is no Avatar of Erik ? never have I heard of such a servant of the Father of the forests, pray to the Father for guidance not this phantom!
Tell me child of the forests are we truly so different? Do we not love and laugh and dream? Man is not destructive by immutable nature, he but needs to be taught respect for the forest to live in harmony with it as your people do. So stay your hand, you would slay him not for being evil, but merely for being ignorant.

[top]Biography

Thor was sent a vision by Erik of some great evil that could befall the nomads of the southern Highlands. Though respected greatly highly in the north he left at once for the south to discover what threatened the folk, distant cousins of the Rjurik though they had become.
Although not part of the Oaken Grove, Thor has no quarrel with the local druids and aids them as best he can in their endeavors ? except for Father Pais who he fears has forsaken Erik?s path.
Thor has wandered much of Northern Dhoesone in the past few years and continually speaks to the Sons of Hjalsone. Many of the Sons have given up their wandering ways under his gentle urgings to fill their families' bellies before seeking to feed their souls. Thor has found the Sons increasingly hostile of late as Father Pais has begun to preach against Thor, decrying the druid as a servant of Kriesha.
