Omar ibn Tuarim el-Zisef is the son of Tuarim ibn Anwar el-Zisef and Khadiga el-Faril. As heir of Zikala, Omar trained to be the wizard-regent of the state, but has proved to be unprepared to fulfill either role completely. However, he is a an intelligent young man and may one day grow into the duties which are his birthright.
