Northvale is the most uninhabited area of the Erebannien. A few rangers patrol the area, looking after the forest and keeping unwanted creatures, humans and monsters alike, from causing harm.

Places of Interest
There is rumoured to be a small village of elves who live near the middle of Northvale. The rangers deny any knowledge of this, but still many explorers set off to find the village.

In the east of the province, set atop a crag overlooking the Gulf of Coeranys, is the Abbey of Mourning. This old structure is home to the followers of Nesirie, who look after knowledge and holy artifacts, and is often visited by pilgrims from across Aerenwe and even further.
