Neutral point of view

A principle which describes an authoring or editing perspective representing views fairly and without bias (or at least attempting to remove as much bias as possible).
Often referred to by the acronym, NPOV.
In Wikipedia, it also describes a policy for editing and writing articles. See Wikipedia:Neutral point of view.
Currently a very similar policy is being proposed for [[BRWiki]] at NPOV.
