Malika bint Daouta

Malika bint Daouta is one of the individuals that claim to be the Sword Mage. She is the daughter of Assan ibn Daouta, the current ruler of Elinie. However, she has taken the identity of the Sword Mage. She is not without her cohort, Mayyadah, which is actually a female Ifriti.
Malika was born in Elinie, and was blessed by the Life and Protection of Avanalae. She then started to study magic when she was nine, but Ghoere occupied the province of Elinie where she was studying at and took her hostage.
There, Daphné Dordogne took her under her wing and completed her training. But using diabolical mind control (a skill of the Mindbender) she changed Malika's loyalties from Elinie to Ghoere. By the time that a combined army of Elinie and Roesone kicked Ghoere out of Elinie; Malika had become a fanatical follower of Gavin Tael. Beautiful, but fanatic to the cause of Ghoere, she took control of many of the sources in Elinie. She also took the identity of the Sword Mage.
She has not taken a lover, but it is rumored that she is secretly in love with one of the Tuor family.
