The province of Kurmansk is not under Drago Koskov's complete control. Some goblin clans from Kal Kalathor have, only recently, established some law holdings there, irritating the tsar a lot. He has charged his lieutenant, Kara Daincser, to fight them but, "The Dancer", as she's called by her troops, has disappeared in the province a few months ago.
TOWNS
Vinnyska: This town, home of more than 2,000 souls, is the main seat of power of Drago Koskov in the province. It's a walled town with many barracks for the tsar's troops. It has grown in size in the last few months since many refugees left their villages under the goblinoids's attacks and now many huts have been built outside the walls.
