Karamhul is both the language of the Cerilian Dwarves and the name that Dwarves give to their race. It is pronounced KAH-rah-mool.

The language uses a runic alphabet that also formed the basis of the Brecht alphabet. However, they are now too dissimilar for one to be used as a substitute for the other. The two languages are unrelated.
