This is the emblem of the province of Nyurehv, a province in Brechtür belonging to the realm of Rzhlev.
It has three elements: the wolf, representing loyalty to the Tsarina of Rzhlev, the olive branch, representing the Nyur family, and the eye, personal symbol of zhupan and wannabe wizard Maria Nyur.
This banner is rarely used: in battle, the banner of the Nyur family is used instead, and a version with the eye without the other charges is used on internal or personal raids.
