Since its description could he have abilities to travel easily through the Shadow World?

Or invisibility in shadows, or drawing shadows in amongst himself. Little is known about the Dusk Man, so we can make a decision where his power comes from. While he may be dead "now", what he has left behind may be hidden or in the possession of the Siren. These could be Shadow Magic items or gateways to the Shadow World or just knowledge that players may need to better understand shadow related matters.
