Where did you get this info? I mean, is it your own making or was it
released in any official Birthright product? Because, if it's the latter, I
know that the current ruler of Aerenwe (a friend of mine) is in real
trouble... I don't have anything to do with it, I'm just a smuggler :)
If it's your own making, I'd like to read more about it.

Oh, man I would like to know which magazine that was. A friend of
mine would indeed be in trouble, he's making it into a religious fort
almost, as a priest of Cuiraecen he controlls the lot.
Our DM made some pretty remarks on the little island on the south
side of Caelcorwynn, as that there are strange puplish lights to be
seen. Nobody knows what it is, a lieutenant was dispatched, but did
not return after weeks of waiting. And another new PC (an elven
Witch) who had took up residence on the island, only knew not to go
there. Nice adventure hook in the furutre, but I loathe to go there.

In my game, one of my players colonized the island. He split it into
two provences. He has managed to raise the northern provence to level 2
(or is it 3 now?) For sometime he has kept it as a refuge for political
refugees and elves from the mainland. At the same time, he has joined
an alliance with Roesone, Ilien, Medoere, and Aerenwe so who knows how
long things will remain peaceful on the island.

This is an article about the island called Caelcorwyn.
You may be looking for the wizard Caelcorwynn Taeligris.

Stub/Location
Located off the southeastern coast of Aerenwe, close to both the Gulf of Coeranys and the Suidemiere, Caelcorwynn is a large, partly wooded island which has not been claimed by any regent so far. Rumours abound that it is either littered with pirates or secretly claimed by a reclusive awnshegh, every story about the island is likely to be different.
