You know, it would be good if you added an edit function that allows us to edit what we posted if we find an error and such, or delete it. Also, while not needed now, it may also become necessary to edit other people's post(this is the net afterall, someone is bound to inevitably post a page full of porn links here, lol).

The ability already exits to edit posts on the board. Look at the bottom right hand corner of each post there is an edit button. Moderators can edit everyones posts. Do demonstrate I have added a smile face to your post. To keep us honest, every time we edit someone elses post it indicates at the bottom who last edited. We can also delete other peoples posts. I deleted three surveys that had nothing to do with Birthright.

If you are taking about posts in the writers guild I would have to agree. There needs to be a way to edit our own and other peoples posts. We do and have made mistakes

i could implent it right away, but ya all have to use IE Exploder 5.5 and up.

the current editor lacks the possibility to do so.

the problem is that PHP is serverside scripting and javascript (the editor) client side.

somehow is difficult to excange variables between the two without losing the html format.

but if one comes with a solution :P :) ;)

For posts that are made by the author(i.e: when logged in), you can add an edit link which would basically lead to the Writers Guild, however it would have all the content of the page. And when we post again, we could then delete the previous version or it would simply overwrite it? Is that possible?

While its not a major thing a preview to make sure the file you selected for your avatar works may be nice. I had a heck of a time getting mine to work. It was mostly the chump graphics editor I'm using combined with editting my webpage with Frontpage (I'm still not trilled with the final product... but oh well).
