    This would certainly tend to cause a certain amount of fear and terror.
    Belinik could provide the spells to scare the Serpent`s enemies, and just
    before the tide turns and the Serpent captures a major realm, he withdraws
    them so that now its the Serpent`s forces that are terrified. Oh, the joy
    of just screwing with people to see the looks of fear on their faces.
    Belinik is probably the god of false pregnency scares among young lovers,
    another way to strike at Cuiraecen and Laerme. ;-D
