    Talinie & Thurazor maps

    Talinie: http://www.halfblogre.com/2011/06/talinie-map/
    Thurazor: http://www.halfblogre.com/2011/06/thurazor-map/

He has taken the maps from the Talinie player's secrets and redone them to a hex style. However, I have noted that each map places the Aelvinwode in different places.

The Thurazor maps he has had to invent and has added a few "personal touches".

They look beautiful! Seems like graphics that match the Mystara maps, which makes sense.

However, I have noted that each map places the Aelvinwode in different places.
The Aelvinwode is *huge*. It covers much of Talinie, Boeruine, The Five Peaks, Dhoesone and Mhoried, and also includes all of Tuarhievel, Thurazor, Cariele and Rhobhe's realm. Really, each of those maps should have just parts of a few massive letters of a giant banner Aelvinwode label which covers all those realms on a bigger map.

A good first approximation is to just get electronic copies of maps, blow them up really big, and print them out onto hex graph paper.

since we play our battles on hexfields
Excellent choice! Which battle rules do you use?

oh we play second edition, first we used the might empires box from games workshop for building up the province in which a battle was, this way we could use strategies like flanking units and so on ...., of coure we use all the terrain effect cards.

right know we use a big hexfield on which we copy the provinces with a textmarker, but since this takes a long time, i will try to use this technique.
