I wouldn't see a problem with it. Presumably, this would not be a large army of blood horses, and so we'd be talking about individual movement rates, not that of armies.
This being the case, an individual rider could easily make 30 miles in a day on horseback (open terrain). That's more than one province. Forced marches (more than 8 hours or faster paces) could achieve more.
I would think the blood horse can't really hit a gallop speed three times faster than a normal horse, but rather would have much greater endurance, and could thus canter or gallop for much longer in a day, in addition to being significantly (though not 3x) faster.
At that, I'd think a hard pace of 3-4 provinces (75-100 miles) a day would be possible for such a rider, in open terrain. That might be tough to maintain for a week, so if you're talking about a weekly pace, maybe 20 provinces.
Heck, some Native Americans could manage 50 miles a day regularly across rough desert terrain on foot. So I would not think such a pace would be a problem. The problem is really that BR provinces are usually considered to be too small.

As for ships, IIRC, a good fast ship sailing with favorable winds could make 10 knots an hour, all day long. Maybe half that for tacking, but highly variable depending on wind direction and how much they are sustained. 4 provinces a day should be no problem, though, with no stops.

I forgot about this but thanks. Come to find out since it was winter and the worst winter Anurie had ever recorded, with snow flakes falling in the IC. The GM's said it would be impossible to get from the IC to Seasedge in good time..... Rhoubhe was raiding Boeruine and the Archduke and 1/4 my army was in Diemed with another 1/4 in Rjurik lands..... It was bad timing lol
