Priests of Sera should have spells which continue along the Guidance track.
Spells that improve the Craft or Profession checks of a single person by a
lot, or a moderate amount for a group. Speed of craftsmanship could be
improved, like Haste, but only as it effects a Craft or Profession skill,
not combat.

No doubt Laerme has similar spells for Perfom skill checks. Or, depending
on how you handle skills, for Craft checks related only to beauty or art,
not functionality.

Craftsman
Divination
Level: Clr 1 (Sera or Laerme)
Componants: V, S, DF
Casting Time: 1 round
Range: Touch
Target: Creature Touched
Duration: special
Saving Throw: Will negates (harmless)
Spell Resistance: Yes (harmless)

This spell imbues the subject with a minor inspiration of divine guidance.
The creature gets a +5 competence bonus on a single Craft, Profession, or
Performance check named by the caster during the spellcasting. Only Sera`s
guidance improves the quality of Craft or Profession results. Only Laerme
improves the beauty of Craft or Performance checks. The subject of the
spell must begin work on the task in the subsequent round or the inspiration
is lost. The spell lasts as long as the creature labors on a single task
for which there is a skill check. The task must be performable within one
day.

Then at 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th levels, improved versions of the spell could
be possible which give some of the following benefits: greater bonus or more
people effected. The 3rd level version might give one person a +10
competance bonus, or 1d4+1 people each a +5 bonus. At 5th level, the spell
could grant Haste like effects, but only for Craft, Profession, or Perform
checks. The craftsman would produce 50% more silver pieces worth of item
(or copper if measured by day) while working on a single labor. 7th level
might have two spells. One gives a single person a +15 competance bonus, or
2d6 people a +5 bonus. The other might allow two people to combine efforts,
so that the second person adds half their their skill ranks to another
person, and 50% more silver peices (or CP) are produced per week (or day).
At 9th level, perhaps you can give one person a +20 competance bonus, or
give 5d4 people a +5 bonus.
