I was looking at the BRwiki text for Lluabraight and I noticed that it referred to ancient "fanes". There are a few different structures or things that could be regarded as fanes, but given the lack of elven deity worship, what do people think was intended here? Any structure? Spiritual locations (with or without structures)? Sources? Old pre-Deismaar temples? Landmarks? Banners? Flowers? Or are they not even elvish (but why then would they be protected)? Or are they actually ancient Fae themselves?

Yes, the BRCS pages and a few others are locked, so that only moderators can change them, and in general 'user' pages (user:AndrewTall/Random events or suchlike) should not be changed.
If you want to show an alternate view without editing, you can create your own page (User:Caelcormac/Llaedra's lingerie secrets) - try typing the desired page name into the search engine, if there is not already a page with the name, then the search engine results will have a tab saying 'create this page' - just click on that, type in your stuff, and save.
I wrote a 'wiki 101' with some hints on how to enter data - you should be able to find it on the main page of the wiki.
If you have any problems, let me know - abotall@yahoo.co.uk - and I'll try to help.

Many thanks!
Though I'd say you could only say hello to half of me.
I've always been fondest of the idea in Birthright of being a Half-Elf that can move almost freely between my two parent cultures.
Originally, Caelcormac was a character from Lluabraight that conquered the Giantdowns, and then married himself to power in Dhoesone (thus making him akin by marriage to the monarch of Tuarhieval).
After a rather horrible start in war against the Gorgon, my alliance finally fought him to a standstill in the Giantdowns. I was going to do more, but the game ended with me pretty much in control of the downs, Dhoesone and two provinces from the Orogs of the Scarlet Baron.
It was a great game...and why I decided recently to look up any information on Birthright.
So here I am!

Ah, so half-human, eh? I guess we can resist the urge to beat your polluted human blood out of you. I hope you have a great time here
