This page (written by KGauck) calls the halflings "Cellwair". Is this term used anywhere in the original BR sourcebooks? What language is it (since there appears to be no Halfling language anymore)?

The word sounds Elven, but why shouldn't there be a Halfling tongue? It would be a hidden language, but not necessarily a dead one.
