Hi,

Some guy is having problems getting set up on your forums. I don't think he can work out how to contact you for support, because he has surfed over to the Birthright forums at The Piazza and posted in our Other Birthright Websites thread. (That thread is actually supposed to be our thread for adding Birthright links, rather than a support thread for the Birthright world, but I don't think the guy realised he could start a new thread about this. )

I just signed up and the confirmation email you send out went straight into my "junkmail folder". I expected it to (only unsolicited emails about viagra make it to my inbox) so I knew where to look. But I don't think this guy realised that confirmation emails usually go into junkmail folders.

I've told the guy to check his own junk mail folder, but an admin/moderator might want to surf over to The Piazza and respond to the guy in person.

Thanks for your help. Your "customer service" was as fast as I expected it to be.

(I'll be back sometime, as I want to learn a lot more about Birthright, but I'll probably stay as a two-post guy for the near future.)
