Heightened Ability Blood Ability
This one is problematic for 4e. Because of 4e's lack of ways to boost your abilities outside of levelling this can prove to be very, unbalancing.
My solution is to copy the magical affects that boost the abilities. Allow it to add to everything but damage and attack's of the attribute. Maybe add 1/day ability to add +1d6 onto an affect's damage roll keyed to it.
