I have added my verison of BR 3E elves to the wirters guild. As with dwarves, the into is a combination of stuff from the BR books, the PHB and a little extra on the side. There are no favored class, weapon profs or languages listed, cause I'm working on linking them to various regions (Sielwode, Tuar Annw etc.) Feel free to comment.
