There is already a category for Animal (http://www.birthright.net/brwiki/ind...ategory:Animal) and one for Creature (http://www.birthright.net/brwiki/ind...gory:Creature). Both include standard D&D monsters and some new BR stuff. If we want to have a BR-specific category, then perhaps we need a new name. I imagine it would cater for Cerilian and Shadowworld creatures (perhaps with the SW creatures also being in a SW category).

To me animal would include mostly 'realistic' beasts while 'creatures' would include magic beasts and the like - but I'm not sure that there is a need for both categories.

That said changing all 'creature' cats to 'animal' would be a pain unless it can somehow be done globally!

My original query was caused by Arjan returning this "Creatures" category from deletion. This seems to have been created as a BR monster category that contains nothing, but as I said, we already have BR monsters in an "Animal" and "Creature" category, both of which seem to have originally been part of the SRD wiki pages. So I am just wondering which way people want to go.

Do we want a category exclusively for BR monsters (animals and creatures)?
Do we want a separate one for SW nmonsters?
What should we call them so there is no confusion with the SRD categories, but they are easy for us to remember?

BR specific monsters sounds ok to me.
Or BR native monsters.
