I've been thinking about running a BR Pbem, but I'd like some advice, please.

Running Battles:
Does anyone have a good & simple system that resolves battles in a PBem?

Adventures:
Does anyone have a good system for judging how many XP to give out if a regent goes adventuring? Maybe a good example might be something like this:
When using an Adventure action, a PC (or NPC) gains XP= 1d6 x 75 x character level.

The only problem with that, is if say a wizard uses three character actions, he'll have gained 10/13 of the XP to gain a level. After 13 Domain Turns of going adventuring (13d6 rolls later, average 136.5), he'd have gained 10 or so levels, which is obviously fairly significant. But then, he'd have been doing nothing else. Perhaps rolling 1d3 would be better. Of course, I doubt wizards- or any other class- would do nothing but adventure actions!

XP For Domain actions (BRCS, p. 150):
Is this a good system to use? Personally, I'd treat realm actions as single domain action for purposes of this variant, or everyone would have size ten courts (not a bad thing to have, anyway!). If doing that, then I imagine that every five domain turns, a regent would gain a level roughly every five Domain Turns; is that about right?

Forum Website:
I don't know how to set up websites, so is there anyone out there who'd be willing to set up and run a website for a BR Pbem forum?
