    Cynlluniau Sidhe

I did a little sentence & grammar rewrite here, only down to the "Later Stages" heading so far. I'm a fan of the plan, as stated before, and am intent on using bits of it in my next campaign.

I'd like to ask the opinion of the group, why not include Eirene Mierelen, or other half-elves? I have an eye to adding some hanner sidhe to the Brecht Bay, as part of that campaign.

My links have focused on the half-elves I know best, and I'm based out of Stjordvik, so I know northern and western Anuire better. So when the police pull me over and ask me to name a half dozen half-elfs I fall back on those on I know best.

I assume that Eriene Mierelen is actually half-Elven, rather than a changeling. After all, Brosengae is a tiny country, envassalled to Avanil and which relies almost entirely amongst its extensive trade interests. What's more, the people dislike the Duchess and the country is not well-liked politically. I seriously doubt that the Sidhelien have anything to gain by infiltrating Brosengae with changelings.

In the middle phases of the plan when you try to encourage the humans to destroy themselves in wars it would be very nice to have Brosengae involve herself on the weaker side to make sure both everyone is weakened. Plus it can mean good intelligence on Avanil.

Also if elves are made of startlight and farie dust not simple biological stuff, there may not be a way to have a hybrid.

    Lee:
Yeah, I couldn`t see much benefit to the Cynlluniau, either, other than the
obvious one of "ruler friendly to elves." Eriene, from what little info we
have, doesn`t seem like the changeling type: most are wizards, and develop
pro-forest policies. She`s a rogue, and more into fashion, from some
descriptions. She is nearby to Rhuobhe, but without any power to check him. Maybe she
secretly working to infiltrate his realm and keep tabs on the Manslayer?
    Same for Avanil?

She's an open book, I can imagine a lot of trouble she can cause from her little spot, and with all those guilds, she be optimally positioned to conduct espionage and to make things happen. Part of the cynlluniau Sidhe's plan involves co-opting opponents or discrediting them, removing them, and a guild close to the Imperial City would be in a strong position to achieve some of these secret ends.

If both Eriene Mierelen and Guilder Kalien are sidhe touched humans working for the cynlluniau Sidhe, a rather large chunk of the heartlands of Anuire are subject to the mysterious abductions, assasinations, and rumor mongering that would be so useful in the early parts of the plan.

    That and recruitment.
