    User Editable Map?

Something that I can modify easily, preferably with excel or powerpoint, as I am one of the moronic mac users for whom standard software works for jack.

What kind of a map are you looking for?

Note that all Office programs share a "painting" toolkit, amongst which there is the pencil tool, which allows you to draw freehand lines; not the absolute must-have tool ever, but users with a tablet will appreciate it a lot if they don't have special software set up.

    A user-editable map

That's editable in powerpoint or excel...i have a nifty mac that doesn't work at all like they say in the commercials. It's not intuitive, doesn't come with easy to find - much less use - programs like ms draw, and other than the awesome virus protection, was an ill-concieved mistake. But it does have power point, and a province map of anuire that I could ungroup and then color, etc. would be a huge help.
