    Alamie projects after Tuornen defeat

Alamie (duke Carilon Alam but even his people) wants to reconquer at all cost.
But after an eventual defeat of Tuornen what are the projects of Alamie?
Alamie will choose to help Avanil or Boeruine.Or Alamie will considered stronger than the two superpowers?
I think that after reconquering Tuornen the first think to do is to reclaim the north and secure it against the raids of Five Peaks.
Guilder Kalien of Endier has the same alignment of Carilon Alam but I don't think that he can be intersted on an alliance between Alamie and Endier:Endier is little and rich and Alamie is hunger of land and quite poor.So Alamie will inerith Endier if no one guranteed its indipendence (if Avanil or Diemed are fighting other wars Alamie can do everything with Endier).
Mhoried should be anger for the end of Tuornen and will never become an Alamie's ally.
And the relations between Ghoere and Alamie will improve or decrease?
Will be Brosengae regent enough vicious to ask Alamie (instead Boeruine) to save them from "the evil" Avanil?

There can be no serious consideration of a post conquest strategy for Alamie without an assessment of the costs of the war. With no explanation otherwise, I would have to assume that the cost of conquest would be so high that Alamie would be exhausted and itself prey for other powers.

In fact for Alamie is very difficult immediate any conquest after Tuornen's defeat. But after ten years with the rich land of Tuornen I think that Alamie is ready to attack another reign.
Of course Alamie will conquer Tuornen only if the other superpower (Boeruine,Avanil,Ghoere and Mhoried) are neutral,or at least...busy.

The other powers of the heartlands have a vested interest in seeing Alamie and Tuornen split, Ghoere, Boruine, Mhoried and Avanil could all be expected to take a very close interest in any reunion. Unless the merger occurred very swiftly they would no doubt either seek to snip off a province or two, or drag the war out to the point that the final victor was exhausted.

If either Alamie or Turonen did over-run and conquer the other in some lightning strike following a mass assassination for example, the existing powers would likely encourage rebellion by funding any surviving royals of the losing side, finding 'long lost' cousins, etc.

Down the road the merged realm would wield power comparable to the above 'powers' and as such would immediately go from 'potential ally' to 'threat' in their eyes (the Mhor might not mind, although a bloated Alamie and resulting 'omnipotent' Carilon alam would be unlikely to find his favour)

Regarding Endier I would suggest not under-estimating the vast wealth at Kalien's disposal - he could easily field and maintain 20+ units, and has only the one border to guard. Even if driven from Endier Kalien has the wealth, intelligence, and vengeful nature to be quite a serious problem to any one who took Endier from him, and of course you can trust Ghoere not to 'restore order' can't you...

The only easy way to power that I can see is a merger - say after the marriage of Lassica to the heir to Tuornen, the joint realm would then have the income and military might to prevent a feeding frenzy, although internal politics would be hellish for a while - there is a lot of bad blood between the nations.

Mmmm at the end the only way to merge by violence without great problems is when Mhoried is at war with Gorgon,Boeruine is at war with Avanil,Ghoere is at war with Roesone.....at the same time....a very rare event.

Actually wars tend to happen in groups. All the powers are hesitant to move because everyone else is poised to move. But let's say that Avanil and Boeruine end up in war. If anyone else had a desire to move in any direction, this would be a good time. Supposed Ghoere had issues to settle with Mhoeried, this is when he would move. With Avanil, Boeruine, Mhoeried, and Ghoere preoccupied, its certainly possible that Alamie and Tuornen could fight a war undisturbed. The other possibility is that the whole thing would disolve into a general war with two factions (say Avanil, Mhoeried, and Tournen, vs Boeruine, Ghoried, and Tournen).
