Sorry it's taking me so long to get this stuff typed onto Word from my notebook. Between my new job and my 1 year old, I'm not enjoying much free time lately. Here is what I do have so far:

Preliminary Notes for Birthright to be used with the True20 Rules

New and Altered Feats:

Lucky - Changed from a feat to a power accessible to priests of Sera. It works just like Enhance Ability, only the bonus is applied to either fortitude or reflex saves (choice made at time of casting) instead of an attribute.
Student of Low Magic (Expert) - Grants access to Low Magic powers.
Student of True Magic (Adept, prereq = Blooded Scion) - Grants access to True Magic powers.
Blooded Scion (General) - Grants access to Bloodline Score, Derivation, and Tainted Strength.
Minor Bloodline (General, prereq = Blooded Scion) - Grants access to Minor Bloodline Strength.
Major Bloodline (General, prereq = Blooded Scion, Minor Bloodline) - Grants access to Major Bloodline Strength
Great Bloodline (General, prereq = Blooded Scion, Minor Bloodline, Major Bloodline, GM approval based on character's background) - Grants access to Great Bloodline Strength.
True Faith (General, prereq = Membership in and ordination by Deity/Religion) -

Note: I'm also toying with the idea of making Body Control a feat instead of a power. Not sure if I would keep Body Control the feat as a preqreq for the powers that currently require it, or replace the prereq, or drop the prereq. Open to suggestions.

Arcane Powers:

Low Magic: Cloud Minds, True Vision, Illusion, Object Reading, Psychic Shield, Scrying, Suggestion, Visions

True Magic: Blink, Cold Shaping, Dominate, Drain Vitality, Earth Shaping, Elemental Aura, Elemental Blast, Elemental Resistance, Elemental Weapon, Fire Shaping, Imbue Unlife, Manipulate Objects, Mind Probe, Mind Reading, Mind Shaping, Mind Touch, Move Object, Psychic Blast, Psychic Reflection, Psychic Shield, Psychic Trap, Second Sight, Sense Minds, Severance, Sleep, Truth Reading, Ward, Water Shaping, Weather Shaping, Wind Shaping, Wind Wall, Summon Elemental, Summon Outsider, Mana Shield, Psychic Weapon



I think I'm also going to make the Student of High Magic feat a bonus feat of the Adept class, replacing one of the class' feat choices (much like the warrior class gets weapon and armor feats at the start). I have the rest of the powers divided by deity, but I haven't yet typed it in. It will hopefully be following soon. Now it's time to go wash and wax the cars before more bad weather sets in.
