Emotion (fear) does no longer exist.

So, which spell do we use ?

    4. Terror domain spells (p9)

Gust of wind is a 2nd level spell in D&D 3.5 not a 3rd level spell.

Greater shadow conjuration is a 7th wizard level spell in D&D 3.5. It was a 5th wizard level spell in D&D 3.
Modify memory is a 4th level bard spell, why is it included in the 5th level magician spell list an not in the 4th level spell list ?

    9. Magician spell list – level 6 (p10)
Greater shadow evocation is a 8th level wizard spell in D&D 3.5.
Mass Haste no longer exists in D&D 3.5.
Project image is a 7th level wizard spell in D&D 3.5.

This spell gives a damage reduction 20/+1. This description is a 3rd edition description. In the 3.5 edition this should be 20/magic.

    14. Hand of cold spell (p13 – 14)
This spell should be similar to Shocking grasp spell that is :
    Evocation [cold] not Transmutation [cold]

Does this refer to the spellcaster or the archer who uses the bow ?

    18. Transport via water spell (p16)
The range of this spell is Personal and the target is You, thus it shouldn’t have any Saving throw and Spell resistance entries ? (See Ruornil’s Gift spell)

    Thanks for your answers.

Chap 3 has not been updated to 3.5 yet - hence the "need" for updatd the spells.

The "missing" details are due to the fact that the Word copy of each chapter I received was "missing" that information and it got promulgated that way. Go to the playtest document for that information.

Dimension Walk (a 2nd ed spell) became Ethereal Jaunt in 3.0 so use that one.

The Illusion domain was from the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting and because of this it need to be re-done for the BRCS.

The Magician's spell list in the unrevised Chapter 3 is now totally wrong since the class has been redone when Chap 1 was updated (and sanctioned).

The new Magician's spell list is attached.

The Competence and Insight spell chains need to have write ups done since they are new spells for this class (and BR specific ones).

"Cure" spells have been removed from the list? The Magician description in Chapter 1 should have the "healing" aspect downplayed then ("Thus magicians are capable of casting spells of healing and other subtle magics that are beyond the ken of practitioners of the greater path.").
Professionals are predictable, it's the amateurs that are dangerous.

The "healing" aspect is covered via spells that remove adverse conditions and the like.

    Spells like:
Remove Paralysis, Lesser Restoration, Remove Curse, Remove Blindness/Deafness, Remove Disease, Break Enchantment, Neutralize Poison and Heroes' Feast are good "healing" spells and provide a very good cross section of same without becoming a pseudo-cleric.
