    Presumably, anyone playing 3e or 3.5e (or Pathfinder too, perhaps?) would understand that notation. But it is an odd situation where we say the dwarf is resistant to weapon attacks, except for 2 of of the 3 kinds. It just reads kind of backwards, even though it is correct.
