    This has been a very formative thread. I have gotten quite a few good campaign ideas. Danip,Doyle, Osprey, Ben, Rhiannon, good material, and Prince Dios, thanks for asking that question, its a fun topic.

    For those who might be interested, the following web page might give some insight. He only quotes a few books, but I am familiar with at least two of them.

    Another book that would be good for those more than passingly curious would be

    "The Legend of Good Women:The Liberation of Women in Medieval Cities" by Uitz Erika. This would offer better insight for those running a Brecht campaign since the author is more familiar with Germany of the Middle Ages.
